Not everyone lives in on the east coast buddy

You know they have these things called RURAL towns and the MID- WEST ?

Shiiit .. If you think thats messed up you should see how many cops come out to keggers in the middle of a corn field or on a level B dirt road in the midwest ...

That would be my guess. Small town... private property? lol.

There is a place in Omaha that they got away with for almost 2 years, then an off duty officer spoiled the fun.

I don't participate in that kind of stuff as it's not worth it for me. Check out 1320video, a lot of that is Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska based racing.

there is an art to it, where i live (1million ppl) they goto an industrial area where there is not any houses for ppl to complain about it, late at night, the only ppl to complain are random rent-a-cops which are rarely seen. The trick is to meet somewhere 5-10 mins away from 5-10 different race locations, it keeps the cops guessing and makes it nearly impossible for them to stop the first 5-10 races, by then they've found us and everybody goes back to the central location for 30 mins or so and go again to a different location after that. Now the catch with all this is now my city has 2 police choppers, 1 of which is 90% crusin around the race locations over the weekend, this happened 2 years ago, i haven't been back since to try and race because of it, i goto the track now
