just for information's sake, here's M88ArRamadi's tvs numbers. He put out more tq than paul (blackg85ss) and he did a 421whp pull, which is when the motor blew due to massive knock.
First off that guy did not make more Tq then paul and paul was on a stock motor and still is. I guess you dont know his other #s. O well

Still some high numbers though. There'll be others coming along real soon putting up numbers like that.

2. 06blackg85ss 414 whp, 378 wtq Verified Mustang dyno TK, DP, E, T, I, 60s

Looks like he put out more tq to me. 387 compared to 378. We all know that Paul has put down higher
numbers than this, but the point is, these are the numbers that Paul has officially posted. Big
turbos are known to make tq suffer slightly due to spool time.

Chill out.

As for M88ArRamadi, he wasn't running out of fuel. He had 60's with a return set up. He had tons of
knock issue due to mainly they extremely high compression and the amount of boost that the tvs was
pushing. He was on the stock cams. Had he been on aftermarket cams, I'm sure the knock issue
wouldn't have been as bad due to aftermarket cams lowering your compression ratio, but then his tq
would have suffered.

Point is, these numbers are really high. So it looks like there is hope. Just got to be a bit more
careful when putting stuff together. Personally, I don't think this was a well thought out build.
While his numbers are really high and make the TVS look great, running 10.5:1 pistons on stock cams
with a relatively small pulley on the TVS and daily driving is a bit insane. Had he been on stock
compression, his numbers might have suffered a bit, but the car might still be alive right now.
Point is, the numbers are high and are great, but for a DD car, a bit more conservative setup would
have lasted a lot longer.

(exhales slowly) I think that's the only thing I overlooked when looking in his vbgarage. I know his build isn't much different than mine and I was wondering why he had so much knock. You even said he had a ported head (exhaust) so I'm still scratching my head. Once I get back, I'll have to go to a shop and find out what would be a good gring to mate to my tvs.

not sure what my hp ratings are cant find a good dyno out here thats not over 100 bucks for a run. But i took mine to the track about 3 or 4 weekends ago and ran a new 08 turbo balt with exhaust and a tune. kid really diddnt know how to drive but i got him by about 2 links in the quarter. i didnt get the best time i could cause i rolled the start like i would at a traffic light so i wouldnt snap anything and my clutch slipped pretty bad when i hit second. I still ran a 13.6.

Stage 2
catless vibrant exhaust
AEM filter
Colder plugs
heavy foot mod

Has anyone dynoed a car simular to mine? 07 S/C SS

um I made 440whp 400wtq on 22.35 psi and 104 octane, running the same tune on pump gas now. I guess I didn't post that on here yet. you want more, give me a few weeks cylinder head just arrived monday.

Damn, didn't know there were any TVS's out there that hit 400whp. God I can't wait til mine comes and the job gets more stable so I can really get this going.

This could be a very sweet thread.
