FS: 2 used M62s, one ported

Got two M62's sitting here, need some cash so they gotta go, at least one of them.

First one, is a nice deal for someone. This is a spare blower I bought, had about 10K miles on it. I let a buddy borrw it while he ported/polished his, in exchange for porting and re-building it before I got it back. So it is a basically brand new, ported blower. It is all taped up and primered, ready for paint, right now. It does not have a pulley or throttle body on it, and is also missing the bypass valve. I'll have to check and see if I have another bypass, but for now i'm selling it the way it sits.

$280 + shipping

Second is my old blower from my car. Has appx 65K miles on it. Never seen a pulley smaller than the 2.8" thats on there now. 100% stock, no snout grinding, no porting. This blower is complete, as it sat on my car. I'll include the SFPHQ hub with the 2.8" non-slip ring that is on there now, along with a bare aluminum 2.9" ring that I have for it.

$280 + shipping SOLD

I want to move these, and will cut you a deal if you buy something else at the same time. I need to get rid of parts. Thanks for looking.

I know if I ask $400 they won't sell. Gotta get rid of these parts sooner or later. The more I get into my new car, the less I want to keep the LSJ stuff

Thought about it

There isn't enough room under the hood for even one of them, and it would take two of these craptastic blower to move enough air to make power. Also, one is ported, so the airflow would be uneven

I try

When you've been through as many Cobalts as I have, spare parts start to pile up.

how many pounds of boost you get out of the ported? you know if this would work on a 2.4L.

Member on here, Anthonys88. He did mine in exchange for borrowing it to do his.

Boost is dependant on what pulley you run. Porting in general makes it slightly more efficent, less heat, more power. It will work on a 2.4L just as much as any stock blower, yes.
