Updates

Updated the web page some.

New things;
I have added a mid level option to the DP6 kits by way of offering it with both .810 and 1.10 width rotors. This second "HD" option should help settle the dust a bit for those who feel they need more rotor mass. While moving up 3.5lbs in rotor is nice for the occasional track day user it's not going to do anything but add more rotational mass for the street enthusiast. Still, if there are those who desire it or feel they have a true need for it this poses no problem. Please note that you cannot move from one width to the other however as the items for production (caliper, hat and rotor) are different. The added width option will also decrease wheel clearance.

Pricing;
I have adjusted the net retail prices a bit to reflect those of the new options as well as comparing them to the other kit offerings using the same base parts. Nothing big but we cannot charge $x for one vehicle and $y for another when the same parts are supplied.

HHR/Cobalt;
Added the option for a 11.75"d "drag kit" for the Plus1 kit. Same base price, same options, same fit etc, just smaller diameter.

Solstice/Sky;
In addition to the above changes this page as been updated also reflecting the same base kits except for the current Plus1 kit found on the HHR/Cobalt. Given wheel size and owner demographic I don't think we have a market for the smaller, less costly kits.

Any questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask.

Finalizing the rear kits for the Solstice and Sky. Using the Wilwood combo p-brake caliper proven successful on other applications the Sol/Sky rear kit will be available soon. Hope is that we can retain the stock parking brake cable thus keeping the price in check as well.

If you have any Sol/Sky buddies pass the word that their requests are being answered soon!

The beta Sky is on it's way to Denver for the National Meet there. If you are in the neighborhood...

Recently revamped the product line some; eliminated the lower cost 12.2" kits and moved the more conventional 13" kits to the forefront. Hoped that the smaller kits may have appealed to the budget buyer but with other low cost product competing at this level I've chosen to just keep the higher caliber product and let the others duke it out in the sub $1k territory.

Also have opted to completely drop the "rear rotor" kit that I had hoped would offer us a larger two piece hat and rotor fit with the oe caliper. Lack of interest and cost here again play a factor. By keeping the larger and more complete rear kits with the Wilwood Combo Caliper we can more easily meet the customers needs for matching appearances while including the benefits of a both a larger and wider rotor. A win-win deal.

The DP6 caliper continues to be a great product for the enthusiast level on many kits and has been expanded to include MINI, SRT4, RSX as well as the base offering here and on Sol/Ski kits. It's low clearance, large body, large pad design provides a stable platform for a wide range of applications.

The FSL however still remains the 'work horse' of both value and performance for those who are more dedicated track enthusiasts. Their full size pads, beefy bodies combined with heavier rotor castings make the FSL shod track kits a bargain for many. The FSL will meet the needs of any true track competitor who has ample wheel clearance for their larger body size.

Rear kits are also available now with both BP10 and BP20 pads for those looking for some additional bite!
