From the Race City website, it just went up this afternoon.

SECRET STREET:

Secret Street Drags and Autocross will not be run on Friday May 5 due to the Drag strip being resurfaced. Secret Street will return on Friday May 12.






This sicks, oh well, means i have more time to installed parts!

 

damn you scared me!! I thought you meant permanatly!! whew....breathe.....well hopefully the can level out where you stage. I was getting tired of my car rolling forward with the brake off.

i know why you roll forward, becuase u dont go far enough into the staging spot. After the second light comes on, keep rolling like 2-3 more inches and ull be in the middle of the sump and you wont roll anywhere.

Yeah I must be doing something wrong. Oddly I never rolled last fall.

 

Hopefully it re-opens on time. Heard there was nothing done yet, and the pic was from last fall.
The staging beam is centered in that "rut", you won't roll through, don't worry Mike.
I'll be back at race city for the long week-end if it's open.
Would be so nice to have a smooth track with no bumps.
