dang so... what would get us past that window??

Who thinks I just try this and dump the clutch?
lol well how the hell do the z06's and zr1's and other cars of that caliber get away with it??

i think alot of faster cars like zr1's etc use track rental days to get around the cage thing,

where i would assume they can sign a waiver

because there is a post on the corvette forum where a guy just made 13 passes bone stock and 10 of them were sub 11 sec

and he has no cage

Depends on the track. Here at Norwalk they just turn a sholder. Even in events. The buschar evos run 9-10's and non of them have a cage. the realtune srt4's dont have cages. Soo, Matt why dont you move the company next to my house? It would be fun.

Allll depends on the tracks

Here in Iowa, you could crank off a 6.99 and not get the boot from most tracks. I've never heard of anyone getting kicked out, especially on the "Fun Night" stuff.

Additional injectors, a fuel plate in between the TB and the intake, or larger DI injectors. Not sure there is a reason though because other things are going to start breaking at that power level and Matt probably isn't going to hack his car for a cage. Maybe, but I doubt it.

What a problem. I would hate to be stuck at 500 whp. Can't even crank out 501 for a nice even number, haha.

Good work guys! I can't wait to see how the fuel pressure thing works out.

well, you claim your FP boost is not just throwing in a different gear in the pump on the cam or w/e, maybe you could do that also and get more FP?

All tracks are different, but that 10.6 @ 144mph is badass.

nhra rule is 11.49.

150+ a chute is needed.

9.90 or faster an nhra license is needed.

Well the nice thing about ET rules is that you can slowly roll off the line for a sec and then punch it....if your objective is for trap speed at least......

What do you anticipate the trap speed to be?

I'm guessing between 125 and 130, but I will have to see how difficult it is to get down the track. Street driving at 475whp has proved to be completely worthless.

Well that will be a great indicator of how fast it really is.....the ZR1's trap close to 130mph so if you are anywhere near that, I will be blown away.

ZR1 probably makes the same power to the wheel, and weighs more...so its entirely possible..lol

bay, thats a scary thought

That is a very scary thought. But I think with the right suspension mods, and some slicks, it really shouldnt be that difficult to get down the track. But I could be wrong.

Yeah...the ZR1's average 530 rwhp in stock form....but weigh about 500lbs more then the SS/TC

A 500 whp SS/TC can probably pull away from a ZR1....once it gets some traction
