it depends on a lot of things. But I think with a car with mods like yours, depending on the port job, 20whp should come rather easy.

there's more to it than you think. Most of the vendor heads so far are not very high velocity but still a very good pickup in power. But there is a lot of flow that can be picked up in the head.

yeah i know but if u go to far ur gona start loosing power... i know most vendors have it sent out and done. most of the flow is picked up from the exhaust side from what i understand but a little polishing on the intake side can help( not to much of course)

Probably not gonna happen with him still on the M62. I mean, it's possible, but probably not with the port job he got. He'd have to have over 2500 in just headwork to get to that level without cams on the m62.

You will probably be good for just over 20whp gain. That'll be a decent head.

wow dude. how much **** leakage to you have right now....cause you got ass raped.....i can get the same parts you bought for 600 total. you should of done more research before you had the work done. i have an agressive port. did mine myself. with an m62 your gains with an agressive ported one your looking at about 20-30whp gain, on a tvs set up 30-40..maybe. and the vendors head are not agressive ports for customers. only one that will offer one that i know of is smg. all other are mild from my understanding. im not 100% on that, for i do all my own work. and i dont involve a vendor less i really have too.

you get what you pay for, you can spend less and leave the guides in, not polish, get a sloppy grind and not get full potential out of it, or spend alot and get a lot.

do me a favor and find my valves and springs at a cheaper price, you cant because they were custom made for me, out of a more expensive material, and let me clarify that Dave the owner is a very good friend of mine and even gave my sister a job there. i did not pay because this was a Christmas present from him and my family, but he said if anyone was to get what i got it would be around $3,000 with everything.
