Drove up to Leduc. Went to GeeandGeeRacing (Canadian Distributor for Hoosier tires) and picked up a pair of quicktime Pros. 26x9.5x16 Im picking up a pair of black steelie 16 inch rims from a Saab 9-3 and gonna use those for the slicks. I paid 450 bucks after taxes for the slicks. $213 each.

I talked to alot of people (mostly drag racing enthusiasts) about the tire subject and they all suggested that I should run slicks and not drag radials becuase of the front wheel drive aspect and that there isnt much weight on the front end to help traction on DRs.

Anyways, I heard the Hoosier QTPs are a pretty good slick. The only DRs I would go with are the BFG g-Force T/A Drag Radial new tread design.

 

Slicks for sure. Way more contact area and softer as well.

 

Again, you're assuming she doesn't have her own. I like my R-comps WAY better than DRs any day!!!!
