Anybody here have a Red SS/SC and drive it around in New West?

I saw it twice already, at night. It was driven by a big white guy, late 20s or so.
I honked at him on Tuesday night, but the driver seemed to not notice/care.

Hey Im Dave I live in North Van and have an 07 Laser Blue SS/SC W black/blue leather. Just wondering if u guys are plannin to set up some meets in the new year when the weather improves, would love to cruise with other SS/SC's to compare.

Stock so far and already eating up mustangs.

This past wednesday after my third fill up and about 800km I decided to go for my first real rip in my new SS. I got on to the highway at Capilano planning to get off at Lynn Valley. I merged pulling hard in second with a 5600rpm shift into third then just keppt going hit 170 in no time then had to slow cause of traffic, all of a sunden I hear it a 5.0L he comes up hard on the inside so i down shift and jump on it he goes nowhere, at one point he even downshifted into third and i still kept even pulling in 4th. Long storey short we finally got a fair run just after willingdon and i pulled on him by about two cars running from about 95km/h up to ???, in the end i got off at canada way not lynn valley road with a huge smile on my face.

cONGRATS on the smackdown,Im sure we should either have a mini getogether, or a big meet in the spring, we have to have the largest regional member section on the site now with 50 members, should make for a nice day, a chance to see our brethern who pass each other on a daily basis, you know what I mean..you are driving down the highway and you say to your girl"look honey another cobalt",and she thinks you are a wackjob for saying so

Life has been busy. My mom has been in bad health lately, topped it off with a heart attack a couple of weeks ago. She is recovering well at the moment and we hope she will have many more years ahead of her.

On the bright side I got some new rims & tires last month. Pics are at RedlineForums.
Did you get your vinyl stripes done?
