Hard to go with aftermarket cams on a 2.2 without proper tuning methods.

 

agreed... the stage 1 supposedly don't need to be tuned, but you're not seeing the full effect without the tuning...

that is a great price though

 

id be down once tunings out. all i want is a turbo n cams

 

Tuning

 

The stage 1 works well without any computer mods, you will get a couple more HP with tuning, however the base install with no mods will give the greatest gain.

what kind of gains could be expected from stage 1?

 

Estimated 8-12 depending on other mods.

 

1. Does stage 1 make the car sound any different from stock?

2. Do they pass emission test?

when i bought mine i heard they were the last one.
