hey all,

i think we should get something going in dfw, the hooters thing has been mentioned. lets meet at one in arlington, since it will be a halfway point for people from dallas and ft worth. the one is south arlington is great cuz you can get free beer there everyday. each person gets 3 free beers, so we get 3 beers and then change tables and get 3 more then change tables and get 3 more etc. until your wasted haha. anyways, we should try for a weekend or something in the end of september that way we can all meet and drink and find some places to cruise. hit me up if this sounds like a good idea, id like to hear other suggestions too.

I'm down, I Drive a Civic, but i'd like to chill and hang out. Also, I'm not 21 yet, so no beer here! If im gonna come up there to hang out, I'd atleast like to go on a cruise, or go to a racing spot.

 

anyone else interested??? i would hate for devin to have to drive all the way up here from waco to just hang out with two or three people.

I might be interested... But unless the racing is at a track, I will have to pass on that due to my career field. I know there are more Cobalts in the DFW area, so maybe more people will reply.

 

I am down for the Free beer, and Hooters, and the meet and greet sometime soon. If we want to race I am only good to go on the track idea due to my career field also.

 

I also know that a few of the guys over on the .com site are trying to get some sort of meet and greet going also. Maybe we can all team up and set a date in the near future.

 

I would possibly be up for something depending on the date and time.

yep i hear what you mean about the racing thing out on the street, its dangerous and it will hurt your career with all those fines and stuff on your record. i meant cruise around just exactly as it sounds, just cruise around. no racing for me. i probably wouldnt even race at a track to be honest. im here to show off my car and meet some new people, nothing else. im down though, we need to set a date.

I know that next Saturday, I have got to get my car over to Vandergriff Chevrolet for an oil change, and 6000 mile check up. My wife and I plan on hanging around while they do it, if anyone wants to swing in.

lol i was just in arlington last weekend so i dont think i can make it down anytime soon i blew all my cash at the strip club when i was down there so i am official broke for the next couple weeks lol
