Now thats its getting colder my sunroof has started to sqeak when I go over bumps . Ive heard a few other people complain about it too . I dont have the time to go dealer to get it taken care of , so I figured just lubing the weatherstrip would handle it . And it did exactly that . I spent a dollar on some vasilene and put a thin film around the entire rubber seal on the glass . Sqeak is gone

You can use "Jig-A-Loo" too, good stuff, long lasting!

Yeah dont bring your car in for sunroof problems, it may take weeks to get it back. Its been almost a full week now that my car has been at the dealer.

Damn , thats F'ed up . The sunroof is definately one of the areas GM did skimp on with the Cobalt . I envision my car going to the dealer eventually . The whole assembly acts as if it has lubrication problems . When it opens and closes its soooooooo damn slow and sounds like its struggling . Hopefully they dont jack ya around with it .
