So I have an 07 victory red SS/SC and my low-pro spoiler is in excellent condition. I'm looking to swap for a high-rise victory red SS/SC spoiler in excellent condition. Let me know if interested...

1) Red up there wants a big wing... which I have.

2) Sounds like Beamer wants a small wing... which Red has.

3) I am busy envisioning my trunk completely bare.

 

I would not mind the big wing but I do not have a kit and it'd look strange. I can get a low one for $50 but I would need to get it painted, so I am looking for a vic red one that is ready for install. Not gonna stand in a way of you two trading though, was just curious.

 

Well... if Red will be up for it... we can all 3 swap trunks. The paint is gonna be the same color... so swapping trunks and trunk locks will be much easier than removing the spoilers and swapping them around.

My trunk will go to Red... so he can have the big ol' wing.
His trunk will go to you... giving you the small wing/
Your trunk will go to me... giving me a smooth wingless lid.

 

Yea that could work. I hope his trunk is debadged hahaha, I was gonna debadge mine tomorrow, just trying to find a good way to do it.

 

If we're gonna swap... please leave the badges on. I'm good at debadging and can do that myself.

His trunk has all the badges on it... but as I said I can handle debadging so we can get those badges off in no time.

 

Ok cool man, I won't touch it, I debadge one of my cars and it worked out good but was nerve racking since I am a freak about keeping my car as nick free as possible.

If he is not up for it I wouldn't mind having the high spoiler if you really won't to go spoilerless lol

 

Oh I'm with you there. I just use some spider line, some goo-gone, and some elbow grease. Then wash and wax right away.

I took the bowtie off of my rear when I first got the car... can't even tell it was ever there.

If red's not up for the three-way we can swap out b/c I love the wingless look. I would have asked long ago but I didn't know if you would dig the big wing or not.

We'll keep in touch on this... I left Red a message on his phone so he should either call me or look here.

 

Ok thats good, I am iffy on the spoiler but atleast its something else done for not spending alot of money. To think I was about to blow $50 on a spoiler and god knows to have it painted and installed. I well just need to get some lips and valences quickly-ish to make it look ok haha. I well check in later to see whats up, enough posting in one thread for tonight, plus I am beat.

Those wingless lids are a rare thing.

 

i agree the trunk and key lock swap is alot easier than removing spoilers lol me and carlos swapped trunks before he traded his in for his s2000 took about 30 min.

 

yooo. i talked to raine, this idea is great with me .. yo, if you're going to debadge my trunk anyway, can i have my SS and Supercharged emblems? lol or give them to raine to let him put them on your trunk if he doesn't have any.

Damn sounds like i missed out again on trying to get a wingless trunk by being to late of course lol. I have a red ss/sc with the high rise and want a wingless also. If anyone else is interested or you know anyone let me know.

Hey me and Raine did a switch tonight, I got his High rise and he has the trunk he wanted. I was not far from Raine, like a 15-20 minute drive cause of traffic, it went good. Thank god he knew what to do lol. Was freakin hot out though.

Gotta say I do like the High one but well not bug out on ya Red, pretty sure I well have had it w/ the not seeing thing by the time we can meet and swap.

I am busy this sunday aswell(might have to work), not sure about next weekend. I usually get one or two days off in a week. If I work this sunday, than next sunday I should have off. Just keep me post and I well let ya know my schedule either tomorrow night or saturday unless the boss has not made up his mind.
