ARK DT-S Review!
Just installed it yesterday. Its really loud but i love it. Hopefully itl quiet down some but nothing beats the rumble at idle. I LOVE it so much that i leave my car started when i get home just to get out and listen to it

The one thing that really bugs me is the way the tip sits. Its way too close to the left side of the bumper and i think ark designed it that way so u can see the ark logo on the right side. I adjusted the rubber mounts but they just went back to where they were.
Also the exhaust is really loud. Its pretty deep but its kinda ricey. Overall the exaust is really good but i dont think its worth the money. Ark really needs to drop the price. Other cars on their website have exhausts that go for as low as 400. Its not like its harder to make a catback for this car.

i just ordered this exhaust. when u say loud, compared to what?? have u herd any other cat backs on the ss/sc???? also. where ur tip sits to far to the left, has it caused any heat issues, such as melting the bumper??? also can u get me some sound clips???

I havent heard any other catbacks but this one is pretty loud. My parents dont like it It is deep tho and i love how it sounds at idle.
It hasnt caused any melting yet but iv had it on for a week. I adjusted it once and it moved back to the left side. I adjusted it again yesterday so il see if it moves back again.
You have the TAG exhaust and are changin to the ARK?

Ive had mine for about 10mths, when they firststarted selling it, I love the tone it has, nice deep tone, but it gets pretty quiet at constant speed, I just installed the clear image headers and d/p and gutted the cat and everyone likes how it sounds has a nice pop to it. Mine is pretty loud now but the silencer i have quiets it down quite a bit. as for my bumper, it id heat it up a bit on the corner but nothing that looks bad, Ill try and get some pics to post up.
hahaha the tag exhaust is junk, it turned gold, and melted my bumper. within 1 hour, than tag fought me every step of the way..... anyway i didnt get a new exhaust, and they got their junk back.... so now i'm getting this ark unit, STAY AWAY FROM TAG RACECRAFT! i hope i have better luck with this ark exhaust
