I should be tuned and running e-85 in Jan. I believe its 100-105 octane for daily driving and cheaper too!

only thing is that it takes more fuel to burn the same as gas, so you have less economy, but the trade-off is that the fuel is cheaper, and depending on the blend, it is supposed to be 100-105 I believe

and it will equal out to be the same, because you will be burning more gas with e-85. only real advantage is that it burns cleaner.

The LNF-powered Kappas can't run flex-fuel, so I doubt the SS/TC will be able to.

Though, I could be horribly wrong.

Granted it does take more fuel to burn, but not as bad as the current flex fuel cars are. Keep in mind high octane=high boost/compression. Current flex fuel cars are also designed to run 89 octane, so there is no way that it can take the full effect of 100-105 octane.

Expect some drop in mileage, but u will gain a huge boost in performance. remember. A N/A car runnin E85 could push 11.1:1-13.1:1 without risk of detno.
