Quick question!

I don't think this has been asked before. The underbody spoiler (the little black plasic peice hanging off the underside of the front), how many people have taken that off, and is it needed?

I don't know for sure, but I'm going to guess it helps with down force and shoots air up into the radiator.

Not that close to the road. So what if it scraps the road anyways? Not hurting anything.

Ive taken mine off when i switched to the ss/sc front end. I did not notice any changes and my temps actually dropped a few degrees. Could be the weather this summer but it causes no harm and looks 100% better .

i'd say lower it, i just put sportlines in 2 days ago and love it, i also have the fujita, and if you dont want it to push out the wheel well, just dont use the mounting point, and rig it up some other way. zip ties worked for me.
