Harrop HTV1320-LSJ using Eaton TVS technology

Harrop HTV1320-LSJ using Eaton TVS technology.

Since our first mention of the development of our HTV1320-LSJ, we have been feverishly working on the final design & tooling.

I have had many PM's, emails & phone calls requesting more information and "test" units, which has prompted this thread.

The intention was to be in production late-Dec07/early-Jan08, however just before releasing the design into production (2nd week Dec) I decided to change the layout to further improve the performance. Fundamentally, we have moved the vacuum actuator to the opposite side (underside in vehicle) as it enables a significantly improved intake flow-path.

The result is a far superior product, albeit slightly delayed. The reality is that we would not have had the original design ready for shipment yet anyway, as there has also been a delay in obtaining enough TVS1320 rotors (we must satisfy our OE commitments first).

We have commenced tooling of the final design, and now expect to be shipping production units in late February.
Some features include:
  • Bolt-on solution - no adaptors required.
  • Interchangable pulleys - shipped with a standard size, with others available as options.
  • Pre-prepared for the higher-flowing LS4 throttle body, but original will also fit.
  • Powder-coat finish as standard, with polished as an option.
  • Service free - these are OE-quality sealed units that require no maintenance other than typical OE-style checks.
Although it is mechanically a bolt-on solution, recalibration of the ECU and any ancillary items will need to be addressed (upgraded fuel system/injectors etc).

Now for the really good news ...
We anticipate that the retail price will only be ~US$2250.

Some images can be seen in our gallery, if they do not show up below ....

We welcome feed-back and comments ... we value any constructive criticism.

That's nice. Now I wanna see it bolted on and in the engine bay to see how it looks.

Is this competition for the TS that is out or soon to be out by rebel?

We have a policy of not posting our development numbers (as the "experts" will always dispute them), but we encourage our customers to post their results.

Subscribed. This would be a nice addition to the 2.2 in a couple of years...

How many different options on pully size are there probably going to be? Will it be sold close to being maxed out alredy, or will it have plenty of room to grow? Looking good! Glad to see Rebel has some competition.
