why not just get them now, and put them on whenever you want to.

ah come on put em on now.. You'l become a better driver if it does snow cause you'll be driving hella defencive.. We do live in Alberta so you never know when winter will strike still even though the weather teases us with warm weather so I wouldn't risk it but then again Cow town is alot warmer then red hole is even though we are only an hr north.. God I hate the plains shitty weather

i agree with thedriver i have had my stock and summer tires on the entire winter. i don't drive everyday but close. The reason i never got winter tires and rims is could not find 16" steel rims for a decent price. Plus i'm a manitoba boy and well i've never been the one to go with winter tires. I am just very cautious and never in a rush come winter. I got around just fine this winter.

As for summer tires. I am planning to purchase new 18" Konig Unknown rims with new rubber within the next few weeks. Probably won;t get them for another month or so. which i am ok with. I got a lil more rubber left still. lol
