so does a good workout...never tried supplements. if my shoulder ever gets fixed which is prolly wont because i need surgery ill try supplements and get even bigger stretch marks than i got before from working out lol

my friend likes big amazon looking girls. its weird cuz hes like 135 lbs and 5'10 and he goes out with like chunky girls that are tall
