um... tiny? honestly i'm not sure but i know a 25mm or 1" can fit back there you just need to glue it in place.
did you buy the expensive harness? and how much do you care if you keep your chimes? because the only issue with the swap is you might want to do an amp bypass but you would loose your chimes and such.
oh hey did you find that second set of rcas?

I hate my chimes lol. And yeah I had to do RCA Y-cord split and put the rear into the front lol. That was the only way since I had my old harness.
And Is an Amp bypass hard?

right. so swaping ur 2ohm stock speakers with 4 ohm aftermarkets will "work" but you only get half power and half volume. an amp bypass will get you full power from the deck. Oh ya which one did you get btw i missed the model
i wrote a how to thats stickied in the electronics section if you want to give it a read and see how hard that sounds to you

the later one j/k, both, lol, it's cool she likes the boom boom sound, lol, I'm really thinking about the muffler delete after hearing yakko's, it really impressed me, I followed him thru 70 and his **** is not loud at all. it's a decent sound, imo

Did it sound like a crappy honda or a decent vroom vroom? I mean seriously, I love the fact that the balt doesnt sound like a rice burner and if you downshift into 3rd at 80mph it sounds pretty burly for a 4banger. It's in neutral that you can't hear it >.>
Yeah, I'm not a fan of tin can mufflers as you can tell lol Just SOOOOO annoying.
As for the sound system... It just needs an amp and a new deck to maximize the speakers. The stock 10" sub is pretty decent. NOw if only I had some money to dump into my car besides the monthly payment... *wet dreams*

nah dude it sounds good, in neutral and revvin it's slightly louder and rumblier than when you first start the car on a cold morning, lol, if you remember how loud the neons and the calibers with the straight pipes at the track where, well it's nowhere near that loud, it sounds like it has a muffler, when we where driving through 70 with my windows up I could barely hear it and with the windows down and him down shifting it still wouldn't get the cops attention (unless they're ********, lol), I'm thinking about doing it, need to go by the muffler shops around the base to see how much is gonna run me, yakko said it set him back around $80, I'll post which one and how much, a friend recommended "sandia muffler", so I'm gonna check'm out, then go around to the other ones, and see if they try to beat each others quotes, lol

That sounds pretty sweet. Those caliburs and srt4's sounded burly. I think when I manage to scrounge up 250$ i'm gonna get the Hahn intake. Right now it's the only thing that won't void my warrenty and I doubt i'll be able to afford the GM stage kit when it comes out. *grumbles about stuppid evil hospitol bills* Maybe I should just let someone tattoo a logo on my body? Wonder how much Chevy would pay me for that...

Is the water safe to drink anywhere? O.o This isn't Mexico, dude.
Haha, Yakko. I already tore my intercooler out by bottoming out. Dealership warrentied it. Better safe than sorry, even though I reeeeeeeally want to put a downpipe on it That and the first cobalt I owned turned out to be a lemon, was an 05 base, and was in and out of the shop once a week. And then the second balt I owned, an 07 LT, was in twice for the VSS sensors going out. My GF now owns the LT and she totally hit something and cracked the oil pan, so i spent 3 hours under it yesterday putting in a new one. 175$ for the damn thing.
Don't I have such GREAT lluck with cars? O.o
And my SS has an appointment on monday because I'm griding 2nd gear when I try and NLS any time. Nal would agree with me on that after riding with me a few times at the track last month.
And, btw, guys. I found a decent program to make videos and stuff and am currently in the process of learning it. So, if you can come up with ANY ideas we may be able to do at the meet and get it on camera or take some pictures I might be able to do it.

ha ha littlemt lives here in Alb and messing with you, has some BAD ASS cars in the line up there too. How is the GTO has it made any openings at the track? That car is a beast and a half. Littlemt had a slowbalt for a short while before getting the goat and going ALL out with it. you run into that car and try and count how many bus lengths it will put on you ha ha. Littlemt any thoughts on a turbo cobalt for the next project...looks promising?
