I also bought a few large sheets of 1/8" and 1/4" thick Phenolic (since we use it at my day job we have an account with Grainger and I got the material for a great price!). So I will soon have a thread up for a mess of different spacers and in different thicknesses as well!

I'm in. I ordered my meth kit about a week ago and it hasn't shown up yet so i still have time to get this before install! Works out great, no drilling into my lower IC pipe too, lol.

I should have a real piece this week coming up, he told me he would cut one out quick. And I will test fit it to be sure it fits but it's measured off of actual parts and the printouts I did 1:1 fit like a glove

I know my clear image cold side pipe was already less than 1/4" from hitting the front cross member so some of you guys may need to cut your cold pipe or couplers down a little so your cold side does not hit the lower cross member.

^Exactly. There's plenty of coupler there to trim back. 1/2" isn't very much tho, I don't see this being an issue!
I should have one of these by the weekend and I plan on installing it on my car to get the correct bolt info for everyone as well as REAL pics

I'll just cut out the difference of the TB spacer thickness on the intercooler pipe end to the TB and have it bead rolled.

Either way works. I know CIAs have a decently long coupler on the TB so cutting a half an inch is no big deal but some have shorter couplers so cutting the coupler is not really an option you have to cut the pipe shorter and have it bead rolled again so the pipe does not slip out.
