wow...that is amazing.
How does one's tires not rub on the body whenever you turn?
Also how is the ride quality when you are this low?

so purchasing a set of stance coils to go on with my new rims and have a few questions. 1. is it recommended to upgrade the endlinks? whether moog or power grid. and secondly, do i need to run rotated mounts right away? i'm not buying to go super low but lower than most springs will go. looking for a clean look thats completely track ready as well. i do plan to upgrade to the powell rear sway and rotated mounts eventually but just wondering if its needed right away

Those things will help and be useful for what their purpose is as well.

Steering rack spacers are helpful too if u don't have them yet

they push the steering rack up to help with the geometry of the axles or something

Powell could machine some for ya

[QUOTE=breds2k;6454030]im hopefully going to be using ebay sleeves, with stance 6"-7" springs custom mounted on them on fe5 struts pretty soon, what do you guys think of that setup?

[/QUOw

do they work on cobalts? i was considering doing a setup with kyb gr-2 struts. but never found a sleeve kit for the cobalt. wasnt sure if a universal kit would fit or not. i was going to swap the springs to stance or eihach sportlines

jack up car, take front wheels off for room to remove the two steering rack bolts

they are like 6ft long bolts....seemed like it

the passenger side is easy as the steering column isnt directly above it, the driver side is more trickier

i have no strategy for it

install everything, rotated mounts and the steering rack spacers

as far as i know all firestones should offer it, it last the life of the vehicle. its well worth the price if u plan to visit them more than once

my first alignment when on springs - $85
the coilover alignment - $50 (i went to my best friends fiancee's dad's garage)

so far i'm on coilovers, Moog end links, OTTP rack spacers, and i'm considering 2.2 powell rotated mounts at some point. right now i don't get much axle bind but i'm sure it's gonna get worse and worse after a while

I will be coming into some stance super sport coilovers in the next couple weeks.
If anyone is interested in helping me installing them in the Chicago/NW burbs area please let me know.
I have a jack and jack stands...but no garage.

Are endlinks/rack spacers/rotated mounts required?
