Outer tie rod end won't come off.

I had a garage tell me I needed both my tie rods replaced....for $300. Figured I would do it myself with better parts for cheaper. Long story short the driver side one took 5 minutes to finish, however the passenger side won't budge. The outer tie rod won't screw off of the inner tie rod. We used tried using PB blaster, blowtorched it for like 10 minutes, and had 2 grown men using breaker bars and it still didn't unscrew a bit. I ended up stripping the inside of the jam nut so that has basically been turned into a washer, but thats the least of my worries right now. Has anyone else had this issue before? the driver side was SO easy but the passenger side is being real dick.

Any help appreciated.

Also, if I can't get the outer tie rod off, is removing the inner tie rod pretty easy? If it is it might just be more cost effective to buy a new inner rod and replace both of them.

need to get that **** cherry to get it off, or just take off the inner and outer, youll probably want to have a new boot handy though.

dont really like getting steering components red hot tho...

We have a special tool to get the inner rod off, problem is you can't slide it to the inner rod with the outer one still in the way...I was thinking about buying one of those map pro torches to really heat it up. When we torched it previously it got hot as **** but never got close to cherry.

Its just so thick and I don't have an air saw so that would take forever to cut.
