Can someone tell me if I can do a case relearn on a 2005 Ion Redline without having to go to the dealership or using HP Tuners? If so, how do I do this?

it can be done with a scan tool or hp tuners. there is no way of manually doing it. you can find an independant shop to do it, anyone with a snap on or genysis scan tool should be able to do it, or even lap top based scan tools. or hp tuners can do it. or apparently you can do it with an aeroforce interceptor scan gauge.
