Alright so my car is throwing two codes and they both read the boost pressure sensor and boost pressure temp sensor. Sounds like this could be the cause of why its running such a low psi

What are the codes.
I really think you should stop concentrating on ot "running at a low psi" and worry more about getting your tune figured out. You shouldn't even be boosting until you get your tune modified for a ZFR. You saying your "not pushing your car" and following it with "it's only boosting to 10psi" is contradictory.
Do you have anything to monitor your fuel trims afr or kr?

I know I should be boosting. I found out its only boosting 10 psi when i first installed it. I got on it a few times to see how it runs and after that I saw something was wrong I stopped and drive it like a grandma now. I know it needs to the tune, but whats the point of doing the tune if something else is wrong. I want the car to be fixed before tuning it so if a sensor is bad I'd like to replace it myself before giving it to someone.

Negative. I think it's worked maybe once with all the times I've tried with different trifecta tuned cars. What the difference was in this 1 situation compared to the rest? I honestly have no clue. It's just safe to assume that it won't work though.
EFIlive doesn't support the E69, however they do support just about every other Bosch ecm used by GM. lol

But yeah, the easiest thing to do is contact them to get the TF tune file for that car.
OP its up to you. But you need to do take action soon or avoid driving the car until you can get a tune for it. Make a decision: either go with the new ECM and tune or find someone with a red TF cable and contact TF for the vehicles original cal file. Stop asking questions here on the forum and just make a decision already LOL
Also, when you say you are contacting trifecta, where exactly are you sending your emails?

So i'm gonna get the new PCM and it has the option to add GM stage 1 map sensors for all around 300 so looks like thats what i'm gonna do. As for driving the car, my work is literally across the street so in the last month i've barely gone through a tank of gas. Yeah, not much driving going on here

I drove my car for 3 weeks with no tune on my 7163. It didn't harm anything, when I finally got it tuned we did wot pulls on my k04 map and the timing and knock and afr were all spot on. People who don't understand our cars like to yap. But I'm pretty sure they jell.

Like ECaulk said. Borrow a tactrix cable (it's not trifecta specific), download the trifecta software, request your stock file by supplying trifecta with your vin and flash the car back to stock. At that point the ecu can be read and flashed via HPT.
The only thing that I don't agree with ECaulk on is, that Term is basically the only guy to go to. He's not. There are a few other plenty competent tuners out there for these vehicles.

Before anything do a boost leak test, that is more likely the cause of the low boost. Then once you are sure that its not a boost leak then you can just contact trifecta and see if you can pay to rent the tuner and tune it back to stock. Likely they can send you the stock files for your car.
