I have a 2006 cobalt sssc with a stage 1 clutch and zzp CAI, the next mod I want to do is get a 2.5" zzp or magnaflow exhaust, 3" zzp catted downpipe, and the badmab shorty header. If I put these 3 parts on would I need a tune to handle the new exhaust, I really don't know anything about tunes but I heard that if you put on new full exhaust on you need other supporting mods. If a tune is nessecary then what tune do I need?

No a tune isnt necessary for exhaust and you wont need supporting mods for exhaust. Usually other bolt ons require new exhaust not the other way around.
