GM Stage 3 PCM

I am going to be ordering the GM Stage 3 kit and wanted to know if it is possible to change the tune to allow for AC. If so, who can adjust the tune for me?

Will I have to send them my PCM to allow for it or can they send some file to me? The only thing I am looking to do is just allow for the AC to be on nothing else.
