HP Tuners in Colorado

I'm located in Colorado Springs and I'm searching for a reputable HP Tuner. I currently have Trifecta and feel my car has more potential left in her. Conisdering I hardly ever get on the pedal, I'd like to invest in an aggressive tune, possibly even dual tune so I can keep my trifecta or GMS1 for gas mileage

Any takers or information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I've got hptuners and so does Colodude either of us could remote tune you through Term2 (I'm assuming you have an LNF given the GMS1 comment). Term can adjust the boost ramp according and add timing in certain areas to help with fueling. If I stay out of boost cruising on the hw I'll get 34-37mpg. My normal driving hw/city with some pulls to mid 3rd I get right around 26-27mpg (granted I also have a ko4+)

That sounds wonderful! And yes, I do have an LNF

I get about the same mpg as I cruise @65 via highway...which is 80% of my driving.

I know I'd have to get unlocked for the program to so I guess I'm also torn. I'd like to make the most power possible on 91 on the stock k04 but I'm not sure if the power increase would be worth it

I have 23 psi, running at around 20-21lbs because of elevation. What do you guys think, is it worth it to switch or should i just save up for bigger turbo?

Also, I thought term was done tuning?

You can def run more at elevation and Term is familar with with tuning here (he's tuned most of the LNFs in CO)

I'll reply later, but as for the actual tune cost, that's Terms department.

We have some tuning arrangements through our local chapter 5280cobalts dot com. I can get you a total price for unlocking your car, the tune and use of the cable when you're ready. I'll send you my fb in a PM

Because of the high altitude 29psi at the turbo is the equivalent of 25 psi at the motor at sea level. The total pressure is the same.

I'm was referring to a modded wrx and/or sti actually :P

So running that high of psi won't degrade the turbo too much? I don't run a lot but it would be nice to have the extra power lol

Okay may I ask who Adrian and Ryan are?
Term was asking if I was going to use your cable for tuning, I'm guessing you are located somewhere close in Colorado?

Hi Brian,
I'm Adrian and we already talked on fb lol. All Colorado tuning goes through our local club 5280cobalts. We have several members with cables here and we work with Term to get the remote tune files. Just send me a PM on fb or post on the 5280cobalts fb page

I do apologize, I didn't analyze your page much other than the message. I will surely do that as I'm very excited to get a man tune

Thank you for the prompt response btw
