lean and rich caused by evap?

lean and rich caused by evap?
Hey guys
My lsj turbo runs lean and rich at slow cruising and idle only sometimes.
I'm commanding 14.7 in HP at idle.
Then when it goes rich all of a sudden I can see:
-commanded AFR go to high 16s
-evap valve go to 0%, car compensating for the fuel.
Then after about 10-40 seconds the car:
- commands around 11 AFR
- evap still at 0%
After another 20 seconds the car usually straightens out, evap normal numbers as I drive, and AFR to 14.7
No code for evap system though.
Any ideas about this? Cleaning valve at the moment, cannot blow air through it
