ODB2 Readiness Monitors Question

I recently tuned my cobalt
Ok so I plugged my Code Scanner in and I've got the Catalyst Monitor and Evaporative System Monitor showing "Not Ready"

I'm wondering if deleting the P0420 Code from the ECU prevents the computer from running it's tests. So far I drove about 100 Km (Highway and City) and both monitors still show "Not Ready"
Anyone can confirm if deleting this code caused the problem.

No one?
I'm going to re-flash and enable the DTC code since my highflow cat is too loud and raspy for my long highway drives anyway.
See what happens
