tuning question.

I have a 07 ss/sc zzp long tube headers & downpipe. Air box mod 2.9. Dual pass... And a few other mods. Anyways.. I got tuned via hpt a few months back and everything was great. low 11's afr wot. Tons of power and a very happy car but then a week or 2 back it wouldn't start the first try but after a couple times it would start up and drive perfect then I started getting a p0171 lean code and the starting problem went away? Then I started getting a p1101 code for maf. Checked for vac leaks cleaned everything reset computer and the code come back within 20 mins of driving now my wot afr are all over the place sometimes mid 11's the entire pull and some other times starts low 12's holds then DROPS to low 11's at about 4-5 rpm. So I figured I'd waste money and have gm look at it since I thought my tune was spot on. They blamed my intake and maf frequency. Which makes me think back to the tune. Anyway the computer can over right the tune? Or is it a vacuum leak I haven't found? Or should I try readjust my afr in hpt? Any thoughts or ideas would but greatly appreciated and sorry if I posted in the wrong area. I thought this mightbe a tune issue..

Sounds to me like a mechanical problem, not a tune problem. The LSJ computer doesn't forget a tune.
