Tuning in winter?

I want to get my car tuned when I go to zzp to get my gmpp clutch installed. Is there a downfall to getting your car tuned in the winter versus the summer? Anything I should be aware of. I'm gonna get tuned on 93 and live in Toledo where winters get kind of cold.
Harder starts?

91 will always have instant starts. I'm on full E so it takes a second and anything with my coolant below 60F it will struggle to start and stay on.
