wheel help!

Some wheels I've noted to fit 17", and I'd assume they'd also fit the 18", but I'm sure there's some exceptions.

I will not list wheels that fit with a spacer above 3-5mm...you can fit a lot of wheels on this car with spacers, but the point of this thread is to find wheels that fit without.

Hey everyone. I am looking into new wheels. Do the Enkei PF01s fit a '10 SS/TC? What about the OZ Ultraleggera (18")? Obviously clearing the Brembo brakes is critical and I just want to make sure.

This thread is for Cobalt SS 2008 and up.

You should find a more relevant thread, or create one.
Be nice not to muddy the TC thread with non TC rims.

Ya sorry, my FC04 are 19x8.5 +35. I actually did come across another member on here that said he has these in 18's, but I can't recall if he also has brembos.

anyone know if those would fit??

Weight: 16.2lbs.

someone posted that every pound of unsprung weight removed is the equivalent of 11 lbs of sprung weight. If thats true, these wheels would equal a 300 lb sprung weight reduction

Stock ss/tc wheel = 23 lbs, these OZ wheels = 16 lbs
23-16=7 7x4=28 28x11=308

either way it would be approx. a 28 pound reduction in unsprung weight, depending on tire choice....
Sorry for bumping an old thread and being way late to the party with answering this question. These wheels fit perfectly without spacers and are super light.

Anyone tried the Sport Edition A16? They come up on TR when searching for an SS/SC, but not the SS/TC, so I'm guessing a spacer will be needed, but not sure what size to try.

17x7.5 +42

O.Z. Hyper gt hlt

I am looking for new rims and I know the oz ultrallegeras fit over the brembos but according to tire rack, the hyper gt hlts will also fit. Does anybody have any experience with these? Also could you run a 245/40 without issues? Thanks for the help.

this answers my question. I want Alleggeritas but wasn't sure if the 17s fit. Now we know and they must be THE lightest wheel for our car before going fully forged custom.
Tirerack needs to update their listings for the ss/tc
EDIT i got mine in and one on to test fit. They fit like stock if not with more clearance.

Gorgeous

At least 3/8s clearance

1/2 inch clear all the way down
