Anyone found any 17X9 that fit yet? 8.5 even?

I found these ( http://www.speedalliance.com/catalog...roductid=21370) but would prefer a less expensive option. Especially if I don't know if they'll fit or not.

17 in DR 33

I am looking at purchasing some 17 in wheels for my 09 SS/TC. Does anyone know or think if the DR 33's 17 x 7.5 fit over the Brembos? Also, I am looking at the tire size of 235-45-17. The tires are a little wider, but are very close to the same rolling height. Anyone have any information?

Thanks!

Ok, just one more confirmation w/ pics that the 17" SS/NA rims DO clear the Brembos without spacers. Is it close as hell? Yes. A small spacer wouldn't hurt, but they are not going to rub as previously confirmed by a few guys on here. I always just appreciate multiple confirmations

I hope this helps give an idea about the gap between on this setup. My SS/NA's are pretty scuffed up, but for a cheap winter solution, I think they'll do nicely.

Has anyone tried any G6 wheels?

There's supposed to be a 17" steel "ralley wheel", in addition to others.

Has anyone confirmed that hte G5-GT 17" wheels fit (they really look like they should)

I'm wondering if anyone here has tried fitting any OE wheels - other than C-SS wheels.

such as:
Pursuit/G5 GT 17" rims
G6 GT rims
Solstice Rims
Sky rims

I don't think I've read of anyone mentioning any of these but considering the number of these cars I've seen pictured with aftermarket rims, I'd think that many sets are sitting in the corner of someones garage, or basement just collecting dust.

Solstice or Sky rims won't fit without spacers. They have more offset than the stock wheels, almost 50 if I remember correctly.

well guys, thought I found some 17x9s in a Rial Nogaro 30mm offset. They were produced but after several contacts with Tirerack (the only US importer for Rial) they are no longer in production. http://www.ityre.com/en/disks/catalog/rial/1469/

So, now anyone know of a decent 17x8 with a 35mm or less offset that's not a truck wheel?
