I just replaced my rears.
From Rock Auto....Centric Premium Discs..$111 Shipped.
I got Wagner Thermoquiet Ceramics Q1095A around $45 shipped from same place.
The Pads don't show up on the online cataloge for our car..but they're SAAB pads and are exact same pads. The cataloge shows the Organic pad for our cars (PD1095)..same pad, but organic.
This is around $35 less for very good pads and discs.

Honestly i used to be an autozone cs (commercial manager) the pads are decent but by no means a performance pad. The only truly nice thing about autozone pads is you can abuse the lifetime warranty on them (its not actually designed for wear of the pad but lol thats what its used for) I will say for some vehicles autozone used to sell what they called a z rated pad. Those brake pads actually worked very nicely and handled the higher heat of performance oriented driving pretty damn nicely (had them on my camaro)

Just for those who have ever thought about it dont even bother with autozones valucrap line of replacement parts. They are parts id even 2nd guess myself using on a car im selling the next day.

With that said id still shop around the vendors on this forum as well as tirerack and maybe even call carquest (sometimes they can get better parts in) and see if they are willing to beat it. Sometimes they will just to save someone from autozone.

I used the Duramax Golds on my wife's car. I can't tell a damn difference. They work. If you're just driving your car on the street every day and you're not tracking it, you probably won't notice any difference.

I used Autozone's $40 pads for the rears because they are the rears. Majority of stopping power is all from the front brakes, so that is where you don't want to skimp so much.
