Bad transmission mounts?

I’ve been experiencing some noise and clunking coming from my car and it sounds like the trans mounts maybe. When I shift it makes a clicking sound like it’s not going smooth and when I’m driving it almost sounds like my transmission is bouncing a little bit? I don’t know it’s weird driving it now any help is appreciated thank you!

Could be the lower control arm bushings. It's common for them to wear out and could explain your symptoms. You could probably tell by jacking up the car, looking at the bushing, and prying a little on the control arm. Not a lot of prying because it's aluminum. Use a jack stand, too.

If you happen to decide you need need new mounts OTTP makes a great set of mounts..... But yeah typically clunking comes from control arm bushings and sway bar bushings.

If it only happens when shifting in and out of gear vs going over bumps there is a good chance it is the transmission mount. The drivers side upper mount can cause a clunking.
