Is there anyway to make turbo flutter on the turbocharged Balt? I’ve done some research but couldn’t really find anything. I understand that creating the “flutter” you usually block off the bov line. In my case I don’t have a bov, I have the stock bov aka wastegate. I know on the cobalts that the Excess air from the turbo feeds back into the intake, so do I find where the air goes in and cap that off?
