hey, the last 2-3 pictures, that show the very top of the charge piping, is that flush on there properly or should it be on there another 2inches?

fix it permanently - Hahn has a group buy on his charge piping right now, looks like we have 20+ people for it (intercooler too). Or get TTR's.

You dont need a tune - to realize the full potential you do. Anyway, I prefer to fix things right, especially on a brand new car. Whats your car going to look like in 10 years if you keep using zip ties and duct tape to fix it? No offense. (oh, and its at $349 now.)

ill try to find it, in any case you should still take it to the dealer to have them correct the issue, another problem with the HHRs is the IC piping coming off also.

mines on 20-21LBS of boost and i dont have this problem at all, tighten the t-blot clamps if you you this problem again, if you keep having this problem i reccommend that you invest in harndened charge pipe with bead rolled lips. note my pipes are stock at the momment but i dont have this problem, and the cars well over broken in, in mileage, guess i just got lucky and got one of the ten that were built right.....lol sorry GM
