Drag Radial question

So looking at getting a spare set of wheels with some drag radials on them. I have a ZFR will full supporting mods and am around est 350-375 whp on a 91 conservative tune. I am looking at the MT street comp vs the NT05's. Anyone have experience with both and which one would hold better?

Are you just using them at the track or will they see street miles?

most likely all street miles, as I have never been to a track as there isn't one close.

Believe nt05's are just regular tires unless you are talking nt05r. Maybe you mean nt01?
Haven't tried either but hear good things about nt01's. Have heard Toyo 888 proxes are really good. I have nt 555r's and they do pretty well but I can still spin 1st and 2nd.

Nt05 are utter garbage. Just plain garbage. Won't hook for ****. I get them stupid hot and still break em loose. 60 rolls are useless for me. Fk those tires.

They aren't rain friendly though are they? You have the ones that are just grooved? What size?
