Was driving home tonight and got on it in 3rd...

And it started to lightly buck. Boost remained constant at 15 psi, but something was causing it to buck. So I slowed down and did it a few more times in third gear, abd the bucking was there. Went home, let the car rest for 10 minutes and drove it again, and it seemed gone. Was much smoother.
Did I catch the ecu in a pissy mood or something?

Ive had that happen twice now. If you have a RPD you will notice the car shows ridiculous amounts of KR and it just accel's like total ****. Shut the car off, restart and no problem. Def weird stuff!

When is the last time you changed your plugs?

Are you stock?

Sound like misfires to me.

I think the replacement interval on the plugs is 100k miles. Though if he's modified that could have an effect.

Same problem happened to me...Car had under 10 000km on it at that time. It rarely happened, but maybe 5-10 times his hole summer. Not often enouh to bring it to the dealer but if it keeps doing it I certainly will. The damm car is new!!!

Yeah. The car is stock with 700 miles on it. I hope I don't need plugs, lol. I drove more tonight, everything was fine.

Fine this morning. When it did it, it was a mild studdering, I dont think it was pulling timing,......I would think if it where to pull timing from knock it would make one big KR and it would be done. I think it was trying to meet the 260hp limit, but was maybe confused about where that thresh hold was.

maybe.

I had that happen to me a few times a while back. It was a very strange few days that it would keep doing that but once I refilled the tank again it went away. Possibly some crappy fuel since I always fill it with 93 or higher.

i noticed the the car does feel the same either if fuel is low (less than 1/4 tank or so), whats your fuel level when the bucking was happening?

Hmmmm,....I had about 3/8 tank at the time, and I had the gas for a few days at that point.
As far as MAF issues, what do you mean 'if it continues and you don't shut it off'? You mean shut it off as in restarting the car? Does restarting the car clear something out?

Definitely. My car bucks like mad if I don't let it warm up properly. I usually let it get to about 100F (coolant) before I drive and even then it takes a minute or 2 to operate normally.

EDIT: Just realized I'm in the LNF section haha. Might not be the same for you guys but i don't see why it wouldn't be.
