GMPP Clutch

So I know it has been discussed before but do we have a definite answer as to whether the GMPP clutch for the LSJ will work with the LNF. And if so is it better than the stock LNF clutch?

Clutch is going soon and I'm trying to figure it what is needed

You don't necessarily need a new flywheel, you can have it resurfaced if there is enough surface still left but if you would rather get a new one that's up to you. And nope, other than flywheel bolts you are good to go with the CED kit.

if youve already resurfaced the flywheel once, it may not be a bad idea to go ahead and buy a new lsj flywheel. i tried getting mine resurfaced with my clutch install a couple days ago, and it blew out the tob while bleeding it. my flywheel was only resurfaced twice. i dont know how much was cut off either time though.

Yeah, I know a lot of guys choose to resurface the stock flywheel. A new one isn't that expensive though, I'd rather just buy it for peace of mind.

The Dowell holes on my GMPP pressure plate were too big and we had to take some time getting it centered before bolting it down. I assume I got an lsj flywheel from ZZP. They just call it an ecotec flywheel though so not sure. An actual lnf flywheel is like $600 for some reason.

I don't get why people have issues bleeding this clutch. Took me 3 minutes with a vacuum bleeder. Maybe I'm just lucky. It felt great. No it felt perfect. Like it was made for the car or something...

LSJ and LNf flywheels are basically the same too, I don't get the price difference.

GMPP on a LNF here. Coming from a clutchmasters stage 3 that chattered like a **** and ended up slipping. hated the clutch.

LOVE my GMPP. Feels close to stock, (a little stiffer) holds fine. install was easy. AND its GM!

I thought the gmpp didn't feel as stiff as oem, as far as pedal pressure

To me it feels a little bit stiffer than stock. Maybe not stiffer but more weight to the pedal. Im only saying this because I have a friend with a 09 TC and his pedal feels way softer than mine. Granted he has 68k on his clutch and mine has 1000 miles. Lol So don't quote me on this.

I have the gmpp clutch. Not installed yet because I'm waiting for the snow to stop in NJ. Anyway should I get a lsj or lnf flywheel to go in my lnf?
