I honestly have never been hammer down on my car past fourth gear. Just don't like the idea of romping on it in fifth. Watching the video though seems like it takes forever to get into the higher speeds. Mine takes a few seconds to get to like 135 though. Lol.

Correct never trust the needle the speed logged by the ECM is the only way to judge.
