Help!! Broken Air Intake

So Today i open my hood and found the second hose coming off the air intake snapped. Its the one that has the metal hose going in to the engine. What are my options? If i buy a cold air intake does it fix the problem? The car seems to run okay.

which hose is it?

What is that called? Crank case vent? i know exactly what your talking about. if its stock intake its warrentied. and yes aftermarket intakes will fix it as there usually made out of metal.

sounds like the breather hose which runs from the air intake to the valve cover.. Take it to the dealer and have it warrantied.. done deal

mine broke too. They didn't warranty it. Pissed me off. I just apoxyed it for now. You can either get an aftermarket intake or they will charge you like a little over $200 to install a new one. Its like $75 for the part if you install it yourself...

This fucker right??

yea, I think that they gave me shit and didn't warranty it cause I have my Dejon chargepipes on my car. Good thing that is part of the intake system right? Anyways, I'm been apoxyed for alittle over a month now and its still holding. I'll prolly just get a SRI or a CAI to replace it if I gota waste the money
