I got called out! My 09TC vs 2012 V6 Camaro...Race set!
My 09 TC = 339WHP/332WTQ
VS
His 2012 V6 Camaro(auto) 323hp and 278TQ w/ intake and magnaflow exhaust
(he SAYS he's about 340hp with above mods)
Backstory: Basically I laughed at his car a waved at him(jokingly)like he wasn't ****. I work in the same unit(Army) with him so we started talking cars and as soon as I mentioned I drove a Cobalt TC he acted like he'd be wasting his time with me.
I told him $100 says I'd beat him. His response: $200!
HA...I straight up told him I have full bolt-ons and a tune with a tiny stock turbo. I told him I'm 339WHP and roughly 1,000lbs lighter and he's still more confident than ever. WTF!
I plan on getting some pics and I might try to get a vid as well. We plan on racing in the next few days at most. The Army is not too kind with early evenings so we're working on it as the weather here in VA is nice.
I'm going to give him any race he wants and I'm going to pick a roll from 40. LOL We ALL know these full bolt on and Trifecta tuned TC Balts are ******* ANIMALS in 3rd gear. He will get DESTROYED in that race.

i raced my buddies 2010 Camaro SS with an intake and muffler delete dynoed at 401whp from a 40-50 roll and we were dead even, im fully bolted and trifecta tuned on 23psi

hey might have you at a stop light but u got him @ the roll. jus remember hes auto... autos always favor a stop light run. Goodluck i race v6 camaros often and tend to do well hahaha

Ya huh...only a little worried about from a dig as I can spin my wheels off in 2nd very easy and a bit in 3rd. I'll have to try and feather the gas quite a bit!

HA I'm so anxious to race him, I asked him the last two nights but he had some things going on. Might be better bc I'm seriously due for an oil change. Have an appt Sat am to get one! If the weather is good we're doing it! :P

My wife is 4'11" and like 110 lbs so she's a great option, but she's getting more and more against me racing so I might have to do it myself. LOL! I'm so new to this area that I barely know anyone but I might be able to find someone to help record. He won't have anyone so I'll have an extra 180lbs ish but I'm still confident :P

Best pass in my GM StageII was 13.43 at just under 109mph on regular tires.
My best pass in my TC Balt is almost identical to this but I've taken like 4 passes in this car and I took like 50-60 in my old SC'd)
My TC Balt has a SPEC 3+ clutch so launches are either brutal, or dead. LOL No feathering that bitch.

I'm hp tuned by ccss3 and a Ss Camaro isn't a big deal from 60 with my old trifecta tune they would get me from 60 but I could take them from a 40 roll pretty decent. A v6 should be no issue dig or roll

well when i had trifecta, no bolt on's, i came up on what looked like an SS camaro but was the RS v6. i beat him from a 60 roll, a 40roll and from 20. he asked he to pull into a gas station to see what was done.
