Angry Keyless entry quit working

I accidentally went swimming with my keyless remote and although I dried that one out, both remotes quit working. I understand the one getting wet being screwed but why dont either of them work?
TIA

Check the piece on the good one that holds the battery to the board.
if it has separated, go to local hardware store and spend ten bucks and get a soldering iron and attach the piece back to board.

I had the same issue last week. Took me a minute literally.
Goodluck

Has anyone else had both fobs crap out like this? I think it has to do with a relearn or some thing. My second fob worked perfectly before the first fob took a swim. But now neither? WTH?

Thanks guys. I got the one that was wet working again. But the other one (spare) is dead. I tried to solder it. I had the same problem under warrantee about a year ago and they said the fob was replaced. I guess when they re programmed the new warrantee fob my second original fob became obsolete??!!?? So much for having a spare!
