Making more boost than normal

I have an 08 tc and it makes about 20-22 psi i have no tune on this car. At first i thought it was a tune but i have replaced the ecu with a new one so im not sure why its making so much boost

They are clean and good im sure it dosnt hurt to replace them

The 3bar sensors that come with the GM Stage 1 kit are blue on the top (not the part in the charge air). Given the boost you're seeing I would assume it has GM stage 1 and a dealer would flash you a new ECU with the stage 1.

If you send me your vin I can verify if it has gms1 on the ecm calibration list.

It dosnt look like the gms1 map sensors.i can send the vin when i get back to my car

I had this problem

I was driving home from work and I floored it for fun but my car overboosted to 23psi and i went flying and then the next day i had no boost at all. Turns out it was my boost actuator, it kept getting stuck open and closed

In the extreme heat of summer in the SoCal desert I'd see higher than normal boot. With the hotter, less dense air at high desert elevation the computer calculates the ambient air having lower density and runs more boost to provide the same engine torque output as at cooler, lower elevations.

Other explanations could include a vacuum leak, problem with the wastegate actuator, or even a gauge reading slightly off (although the stock electronic gauges seem to be holding up pretty well from what I've seen, at least compared to many lower end gauges that use direct vacuum/boost pressure).
