This is my new car!
Assuming they keep the same engine and weight, it already runs w/ a SS/TC. If they boost the specs a little bit, like maybe even just add the tune from europe that allows it to build power all the way up to redline, its game over, this thing will be a beast! If there is a HP bump, then X_X!

meh...the car has to shave what 17 seconds off of their current time to reach the SS/TC??? Its all well and good they are probably going to make it close to if not 300hp...but can they get that down?? and can they tweak the suspension the right way?? 17seconds is A LOT...we will have to wait and see
SS/SC vs SS/TC..........how much time did GM shave off when they swapped to the LNF and did more chassis development?? It's definately possible that the new MS3 will post a time higher than the SS/TC, but we will have to wait and see.........
Either way I'm proud of GM's accomplishment...now its time for them to start ring tuning on the Cruze SS
They've never really said how much times it shaved off but I'm suspecting it isn't as much as you'd think. I think they saved the Ring time marketing jargin for the LNF, knowing how turbo cars tend to sell better than SC cars anyways.

yup, and this is awesome for us enthusiasts. its a big one up game. just like the CTS-V and the M5. the CTS-V wins now but once the new M5 comes out i bet it will be on top. then Caddy will have to bump the CTS-V up to keep up.
current complaint i have read about MS3 is needs stickier tires. That upgrade alone would make it a tad more competitive stock. They should have made the Mazdaspeed suspension upgrades on it stock. Pulled .91g's with them compared to stock setup of .87g etc....
