Need a Trifecta log, anyone?
Hey guys, just for learning purposes I need someone's nice Trifecta log. Must be LNF, preferrably full bolt on. PM if you got one for me and I'll reply with my email.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You will never see an actual "Trifecta Log" due to the fact that quite frankly only Vince has the ability to view them. As of my knowledge, nothing is compatable with the "TDL" file format he uses aside for his proprietary software so nothing can view it. Not even his dealers, like BNRacing for example, can view the logs or the tune files. As I'm sure you're very aware, they're obviously just the middle man that passes it back and forth between Vince and the customer. The only way you you can see a log is by using some sort of scanning software like scanxl, hptuners, ect ect, or you can even use something as basic a simple scan tool to monitor basic scan functions. Just because a vehicle is tuned via Trifecta, that doesn't mean there aren't a million other ways to data log the vehicle aside from using EZFlash.
With that said, what exactly are you looking to accomplish by viewing a log from a Trifecta tuned car? I understand you say it is for learning purposes, but why specifically Trifecta logs? Also, and not to sound like a dick, but will you really know and understand what you're looking at?

If you want a Trifecta log reviewed, send it to Vince.
I read somewhere that ScanXL works but that costs money.
Check out this thread:
Log viewer - EZ Flash - WOT-Tuning.com
It's free. Works fine for me on my LNF.
You just have to:
- have the latest version of EZ Flash
- download the .NET Framework from Microsoft
- download the cruzereader software
The software is pretty user friendly and self explainatory. The graphs are nice. You can zoom way in and choose from a ton of parameters to be displayed together.
Vince doesn't endorse it and I'm not sure how accurate it is but it may help you.

Exactly as someone has stated above. There is a public trifecta log reader. I don't understand why someone needs to question my reasoning for wanting a Trifecta EZ-Flash log lol, if you can't provide a log why even reply? Not trying to be a dick or anything but I guess thanks for free bumps.
and yes I know what I'm looking at lol, else why would I ask? Do you think I like random tables full of numbers

You're a god damn trifecta "dealer" right?. You should have a bunch of logs just hanging around if you were. Better yet, go make your own freakin log if you're gonna be a dick to someone who's trying to help.. lol

The guys in that old post don't have their cars anymore except 09cobaltSS1 and he is a hpt guy. Read his post about it from 2 yrs ago it might answer your question. I had trifecta and still have all the stuff if I want to go backwards but I never saw my logs, only Vince did.

I started sniffing the packets the car sends back to EZ tune, and that is not encrypted. The tricky bit now is figuring out how to parse the data stream into something meaningful.
