P0234 at 16 psi ???

k I'm getting 16 psi and if I hold it for 3 seconds it puts me in limp mode with p0234, How can I be overboosting at 16 psi ?

You might have a waste gate issue, someone smarter than me will chime in I'm sure. The boost control solenoid I think it's called, you can get it at full-race.com item number 179425, $110 US and then a customs fee
It's the same one used on the EFR turbo

Wastegate solenoid is brand new same with wastegate actuator

Is that part number 12633355? I have been chasing a few codes myself
I'm trying to get P0236 fixed before I can go for my e-test, going to have a good look a the map sensor and the connector in the lower charge pipe

Not sure but it's the one from full-race. But I did not get that code prior to changing the sensor though ...

Usually the p0236 is from a bad wire on the lower charge pipe map sensor

For me this started as multiple codes, P0236, P2261, P2178 replaced the boost solenoid on the turbo, and then the intake and this seems to be my last stop before the car is back to normal

Just found ZZP sells the replacement 3 bar sensors and the connections are plug and play for $115 might be just the fix I'm looking for

yah i got those from zzp just remember to tune your map tables for the 3bar map sensors

I am already tuned with HP, just my wired connection is suspect. I should be ok to just swap out the old 3 bar sensors and wiring for the new ones

did anyone ever run into p0234 with the pill mod ? also how much psi above stock Throws overboost error ?
