P2227 code

Hi I just bought a used 08 cobalt ss. I know the car is tuned, though I'm not sure who by. The car threw a p2227 code and I was wondering what could possible fixes be. The car runs absolutely awesome, but idles very jumpy and odd. Any info would be appreciated thanks! Oh and if it makes a difference I have a Hahn intake, a 3 bar map gms1 sensor and Hahn charge pipe and exhaust. All if this came on the car when I bought it

i have this same issue with the p2227 code. do you have an RPD in your car? if so, look at the barometric pressure reading and see if it reads anything. it shouldn't. I've tried multiple things, new MAF sensor, cleaning the MAP sensor.. nothing worked. the only thing that would work was if i cut the power to the ECM by either disconnecting the negative wire or pulling out the fuse for the ECM/TCM. but soon after the fix, it would stop working again. the most recent fix, which i just did literally 10 minutes ago was removing the TMAP sensor and cleaning it with electric parts cleaner. i hooked it back up, started the car and within a few seconds it started to show a barometric pressure reading. hopefully this fix will hold up

Berometric pressure sensor issue. isn't that map sensor issue? That or ecu issue. My guess

Went out this morning started her up. On AC power the baro was reading, then started her up and it was gone again. So it wasn't cleaning the TMAP sensor that will fix it for good, though it did work for a little bit. And yes Tom, I think it could be an ECM issue because every time I reset that by pulling the fuse the baro will read again, but then goes away. Something is confused in the system somewhere I think. I'm just scared to have to replace the whole damn thing. I've got a new MAP sensor coming in tomorrow so we'll see how hay works out for me

The ecu has a Bero sensor or value I thing that the tmap has to match or it will throw a code. I believe that's how it works, someone else had this issue. The ecu has to be replaced to fix it.
